I think there needs to be a distinction between cosmetic and medically necessary surgeries. If there are urinary problem that can only be corrected with surgery, then obviously there needs to be surgery. If that surgery is going to leave a scar anyway, then a moderate reduction in the clitoris might not be unreasonable. But if there is no medical need for the surgery, that’s a different story altogether.

As for the link between CAH and homosexuality, I posted a study that showed no such link has been validated. See "Danny Carlton: An interesting quote (Apr. 9th, 2002   6:03pm)  "
