Debbie, it’s just about impossible to find that information out.  Hospitals don’t even always go on record that they are doing genital surgeries, much less clitorectomies.  Not all doctors are upfront abou their technique and unless a parent comes along and says that is what happened to her baby, we have no way of finding out. However, I would consider even reduction at minimum a partial clitorectomy.
