John - I have late-onset CAH (though had symptoms as early as about 4 or 5 yrs old) Anyway - wasn’t diagnosed until age 19 - I had everything you mentioned - broad shoulders, lower voice, was beginning to get male-patterned balding, larger clitoris, super hairy (oh I hated that!!!!) etc etc. You mentioned about CAHr’s being able to have children even with CAH - well for me I never would have had children - my case was severe enough that I had no periods - ever - until I was on steroids at 19. And even then was able to get pregnant only once.
