Anxiety

Hi all, I have been reading this board on and off for a while. I was diagnosed with LOCAH over a year ago now. I started on 2.5 mg of Prednisone, but over a 9 month period that was raised due to my blood test levels of 17-hydroxy progesterone and I’m now at 10mg dosage, once a day in the am. I have noticed in the past coupld of months anxiety attacks occurring, more often in the evenings. I know my anxiety is irrational, but I’m having trouble getting my body to believe that. Anyone else out there with similar issues? I live in a Northern area and my doctor is over 8 hrs away. Most of my consults with her are via email. Is this just something I have to live with? Does the time of day you take your meds matter? Thanks for any info and support.
