Telling the gyno may be a very good starting point. If he doesn’t pursue your concerns and order testing then don’t just leave it there. As it is worrying you, keep telling your other doctor/s until you get some satisfactory outcome. Even if testing proves that you don’t have LOCAH or even PCOS then you can at least put your mind to rest. They may find some other problem which explains your symptoms.
You need to be active about YOUR health as no doctor is going to come knocking personally at your door to see if everything is OK. What a great world if they did - LOL.
