Hi Megan, I just wanted to say that if one didn’t mind getting up at 3 am they could do a 3am and 3pm dose. Thats what I would do. Right now I take my Dex and give my daughter her first dose of Cortef at 3am. Has been working well for us. I take .25mg of Dex whereas I used to take .75....big difference. Take care
