I’ve been on Yasmin for almost 3 years for PCOs, as well as low doses (1 mg/day) of prednisone for LOCAH. I asked my Dr. about the adrenal interaction, too, and she said that in my case, my adrenal problem wasn’t big enough that it mattered. That warning’s really for people who risk adrenal crisis, etc. Hope that helps!
