Hi everyone, I was diagnosed with LOCAH about a year ago and was prescribed Spiro for the excess hair growth and acne but I never ended up taking it for fear of side-effects. Now that my symptoms have started to worsen, I am reconsidering. What have been your experiences taking Spiro? Has it helped reduce the hair/acne? Is this going to make my facial/body hair grow back less or just prevent it from getting worse? Is it going to mess up my regular periods? Will it have any long-term effects on my fertility when I get off it and want to get pregnant? Does it make hair on the head grow back? I also heard that it affects breast size....have any women experienced this? Any other kinds of side-effects? Please help!! Any advice you could give would really help me out.... Jenny
