Also, unless your husband is also a carrier (he can be checked) your baby will at most be a carrier.  He/she will not have any severe symptoms such as ambiguous genitalia (I hope that term doesn’t offend anyone) if a girl, or other problems at birth but would have a 50% chance of being a carrier like you and perhaps having the symptoms you have.
