Hi Kat,

I don’t know what my levels were when tested, but I’m interested so will give the doctor’s a call and get them sent out to me.  My testosterone was 3.8 (not sure which testosterone blood test that was), and was 2.8 (almost within ’normal’ range when I got myself tested a couple of months ago.

I’ve decided not to use medication unless I feel it’s completely necessary and everything else has been tried!  That’s my personal viewpoint for myself.  I altered the amount and type of carbs I eat, added alsorts of things, like cinnamon, blueberries, brown rice, blah blah (when I can afford it).  I’ve made an effort to slow down, de stress and recognise *when* I need to slow down also.  It’s not always easy, it’s completely changed my life plan I guess... but it’s good for my health.  If you want any info on any of the food stuff, e mail me and I can send you some more.

I’ve just started having what I call "tired days" again after a couple of months without any... they’re more like exhaustion to the point of not being able to move... don’t know if it’s the LOCAH or something else though.  I wonder if it has anything to do with the seasons... still looking into it.

I’ll post my levels when I find them out for you.
