thyroid rang a bell for me aswell... with the mention of the dislike of cold and the fatigue, although I also have fatigue and was diagnosed with LOCAH a year ago. So if you haven’t had your thyroid tested, might be an idea also. Wishing you well, I know how frustrating it can be finding answers... Emilie
