Hi Cindy, My mother has LOCAH, and a hysterectomy at 30 yrs old. She was never on dex (or other meds for the LOCAH), and wasn’t given hormones afterwards and she’s been fine. But they left her ovaries in tact which may have helped in the hormone department. Sorry, can’t tell you much more, she lives overseas from me. Emilie
