I am a nurse and I always think of potential "911" episodes. HA!HA! Please don't put a necklace on a child. It could get caught on playground equipment, become wound tightly or alot of other scary things. I don't know what the teddy bear necklace looks like but paramedics, EMT's, and ER personnel are trained to automatically look for the emblem that is on the bracelet. A teddy bear might go unnoticed in an emergency. I also read the message about the bracelet on the diaper bag since it is always with the child. I worry about (God forbid) car accidents or anything unexpected where everything is so chaotic, the diaper bag might get separated, or adults if injured may not be able to explain what to do for the child.
