My wife and I are the parents of two sets of twins. All but one are now married. The oldest, girls, both have moderate CAH (hirsutism, but no genital malformations). They have had irregular menses all their life, and now they are concerned because they have not conceived yet. They each have been married a little less than 2 years. We try to tell them to be patient. Both are working with doctors. Do any of you know if there is a connection between CAH and infertility? Do any of you know of women with CAH who have conceived? We'd like to be able to encourage our daughters as much as we can. We are missionaries and faith is important to each one in our family.
