I can relate to the DEX weight gain...I do not have CAH but took the DEX w/ my second pregnancy, and I had the same reaction. I gained 15lbs in 2 weeks, I was trying very hard not to over eat...it does seem to level off over time. But I too got depressed about it. Try to hang in there and maybe since your levels dropped so much you could lower your dose a little?
