I used an oral syringe (3ml), took the stopper out, put the pill in, put the stopper back in, and drew about 1 ml into the syringe. I then waited for the pill to disolve (Florinef disolves very quickly) and would give it as my baby nursed, I put the syringe in the side of his mouth and slowly aquirted it in as he sucked. This also works wonderful with a bottle. My 16 month old has been 'eating' his straight since he was about 6-7 months.
