My husband, daughter, and myself are awaiting our test results as we speak. One of the things that was explained to us as a possible scenario was the slim chance of the mutation actually starting with our daughter. Meaning the parents aren't always the starting point being carriers. Am I making sense? It has to start somewhere. I would be ready to believe lab error first. This has been a long two weeks for us.
