Hi Kym, I don't know if the constipation has anything to do with cah or the meds, but I have a friend that has a two year old boy (non cah)with a very bad constipation problem since he was about three months old. His ped prescribed lots of prune juice and mineral oil twice a day. It seems to help him. Barbara
