Hi Karen, I am in the same boat. I have two daughters (non cah) and one son (cah). I have the same questions and concerns that you do. Also, what about the dex therapy while pregnant. How effective is this and what are the chances the baby won't need reconstructive surgery? I hope someone can share there experiences with us.
