Karen, I have 3 children, 2 with CAH. I would have to say that when we found out we were prgnant with our second child, we found ourselves wondering whether or not it would be better if she had CAH or not. If she did, she would have alot in common with her brother, and they would be able to share each other's experiences. If she didn't have CAH, would our son feel different or develop some kind of complex. When we learned our second child also had CAH, we were ready. We knew what to expect, and I can tell you that it is not harder to handle two. In fact, we have developed a system around our house. Both kids get their medicine at the same time, both get bloodwork done the same day, and see the endo together. I am a stay at home mom, so I would have to take all children with me if I were going to the endo for just one of them, so to us it is not more difficult.Nicole
