I have a 3yr old daughter with salt-wasting CAH and I have had some difficulties with aggressive behaviour as well. Most times she is a sweet little girl; but in an instant she can start hitting (not hard) other kids. It's as though she gets over anxious at times. I have spoken with her Endo and he says that it is NOT CAH. She is on a low dose for her body weight and height to ensure proper growth and says it would only pose a problem it the dose were a high one. I don't want to make excuses for her behaviour and I do keep a handle on it and it has gotten better; ;however, if it is caused by CAH I would like to know.
