Hi Angela, Thanks for responding. My boy is also very sweet, kind, loveable--all those great things, but then Mr. Hyde appears out of nowhere. My endo said that it could be an over production of testosterone and androgens which could account for aggressive behavior, but wouldn't commit. I saw some literature in regard to a study on girls, which indicated a higher incidence of aggressive behavior for girls with CAH versus non-CAH. I will try to track that down for you. The problem is that a lot of the studies are old--1950's which is when the CAH research peaked. If it is an incidental hormonal fluctuation, then there might be some other corrective things we can do.
