I have a four year old daughter who is also very aggressive. She has salt-wasting CAH. We are constantly working on her behavior. We have been to family therapy over this but the behavior still continues. She has been send to the "principals" office in preschool on more than one occasion. The psychologist said, take swift and immediate action which we do. Time outs, even grounding her when necessary. We try positive reinforcement as well. I try talking to her always. But when she gets out on the playground, "Look out". She plays very rough. It's very upsetting. She seems to get very excitable when playing with other children. Especially those who will respond aggressively back. She has also had very high 17 hydroprogerstone levels in the past 6 months. Her cortef has been increased each time. We just went for more labs, results not in yet. I hope this helps.
