I have 2 boys w/ CAH. A 3 year old and an 8 week old. I took the DEX therapy w/ the 8 week old. It was a hard decision for me too. I must tell you it was really tough. I hated the DEX...it was very hard on me emotionally, it really put me on edge and I got very little sleep. I gained weight, but not a ton... I got the amnio as my OB did not offer the CVS...if I had to do it again I dont know if I would wait to do the amnio, every day on the DEX was tough for me.
