I have a 3 year old boy w/ CAH and he is very small too...not on the chart...try not to focus on her size but make sure the levels are OK...my son was over-medicated by a different Dr. until he was about 1 year old, very puffy face! His levels are all fine now and no puffy face, but he is still very small, but I really dont worry any more about his size. I figure if he is small there really isnt alot you can do about that. His bone age was done at 1 year and at 2 years, his bone age lagged by about 1/2 year, which is good for CAH kid, you dont want an advanced bone age. if you dont feel good about your DR. go get a second opinion, we did, and we switched Drs., our original Dr. was "let go" but is still practicing else where...it may be worth your peace of mind to see someone else.
