Hi Bonnie! My granddaughter, Kayleigh, is 4 years old, has salt-wasting CAH. She has had several bone-age x-rays and had them at a very young age also. She stayed very tiny for some time. I thought she'd wear a size 3 shoe forever. She now wears size 8. She takes 1&1/2 florinef tablets daily and 1/2 cortef tablet in the morning, and 1/4 cortef tablet in the afternoon and the evening. She has an appointment with her endocrinologist in June. Hopefully all her bloodtests show things as being good. I hope you can convince your doctor to order bone-age x-rays. Most radiology departments have ways to handle young children. Good luck!
