I'd like to introduce myself and say that I am glad to have found this message board. I have already gotten some very useful information and websites from here. Thank you! I have some questions for Bettina if you read this. My son was just diagnosed with CAH at age 2 1/2. He also has precocious puberty, probably CPP, which will require Lupron for treatment. I hope your son is continuing to do well. How old is he now? Did your endo tell you how long you can expect the Lupron to keep the precocious puberty and bone age from advancing? Has your Endo given you any estimation of your son's expected height? I have only met our Endo once so far but he is very worried about our son and does not seem very optimistic that he will reach a "normal" height. (We understand and accept that our son will be short. We're concerned that maybe he won't attain a height of 5'3".) Any information that you have would be helpful and appreciated. I wish your son well! Thanks.
