My grandaughter, Jessica is an 11 month old CAH child. She is not able to go to a sitting position by herself and has made no attempt to crawl. Is there a connection between the slow development and CAH? In addition, she is now exhibiting very frustrating behavior. She cries constantly if she is not held by her mother or a female caretaker. The child care center just phoned my daughter today informing her that they think she needs more one on one care and that they are not equipped to do this. This behavior seems to be worse in the afternoons and can some times be avoided if they child is taken outside or has a change in the environment. Has anyone experienced any similar situations.
