We live in Baltimore, Maryland, and we are looking for an excellent endocrinologist. We were kind of spoiled out in Dallas, we had a great relationship with our endo there, but we have had trouble finding one here that was "available". The docs we have seen don't say a whole lot and don't offer much info and we always have lots of questions with 2 CAH kids. We are willing to travel if we have to. Also, I have read a lot of posts on the board about how many moms and dads do not think that agressive behavior should be linked to CAH steroid replacement. Have there been any studies on that?? If anyone knows of any info, I would love to get my hands on it. I had to give my daughter an injection of the solu-cortef this past Wednesday afternoon. All day Thursday she was emotionally out of control. She was screaming and very irritable. She wouldn't let people look at her or talk to her and she would scream out for me even if I was holding her. Do you think that could be related to the superdose of steroids she had been getting over the past few days??? Her endo says it could be related, I think it is. She hardly ever cries or even speaks much for that matter. Just a thought.Nicole
