When my daughter was almost 4, I took her to an appt with the surgeon who was going to perform the clitoral reduction. I knew before hand that he was an excellent sugeon and was calm throughout the appt. After having answered all my questions, he turned to my daughter and asked if there was anything she wanted to know. He was taken aback when she looked at hom squarely and asked him what songs he could sing. He said he knew "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star". She was completely satisfied.
