This little girl is a little over a year old and I have changed her diaper before and never noticed this....made me think it was new. I don't htink I would have given it a second thought had I not know what I know!!! I will back at church again in two weeks (going out of town) and will make a point to change her diaper again...to either decide if I was imagining things or to see if it has gotten worse. I just don't think I could bring the subject up! I will add that she is not big for her age or anything..so I am sure there is a logical explanation.
