I had to give my baby salt solution (30% salt). Although he was breast fed I used to express 20mls of milk and put the salt solution in that. It still tasted horrid (to me) but Christopher used to drink it no problem. He was sick quite often, but I think that was normal for babies (posseting is it called?) as he did it most of the time, not just around feeds! We did manage to make him sick right at the beginning when we were just getting used to all the medicine by accidently putting two lots of salt solution in!! Perhaps it would help to dilute it more than you have been. I was told that if I bottle fed it would be easier (very dilute in a full bottle of milk) but I didn't want to. Don't panic if he doesn't drink all the salt sometimes, they set the levels so they get plenty.
