They should have no problems at all. The gene is recessive, this means that as long as 1 gene from the pair works this will allow the adrenal gland to work fine. My husband and I are both carriers and didn't know anything about it until we had a son with CAH. For us to be carriers one or both of our parents must be carriers too, and they had no idea (and no symptoms either). They'll be fine.
