Beth- Just wanted to let you know that my husband has CAH (salt wasting) as well, and so does our 1 yr old daughter. I found out I was a carrier after her birth. I have never had any health problems and would have never even known that I was a carrier had it not been for my daughter. We were told my husband couldn't have children so I never underwent the genetic testing. Since I am a carrier, obviously my parents (at least one of them) was a carrier, too, and has had no problems. My husband's parents are carriers as well with no problems of any kind. So - not to worry, I have found no reason to believe that being a carrier will cause any problems at all.
