Hey Michele! When we (non-CAH) are injured or stressed with an illness, our bodies produce extra cortisol immediately. I triple Connor's dose at the time of the "incident" since he cannot produce any extra--to mimic the human body. Then, for about 24 hours, I give extra when the doses are due. Andy
