Question from a "caregivers" point of view

I wrote a few weeks ago and mentioned that a little girl(18months of age)at church seemed to have what looked like pubic hair. Well, I changed her diaper agian at church today and it seems even darker. For those of you who had children diagnosed at a later time...did you ever have caregivers question you about certain changes? I know this could be alot of things....but I feel very strange about trying to bring up the subject(in case she thinks this might be normal)..but I also feel strange about ignoring it, too. I probably would not give it a second thought if I did not have the background I do now. At the very least, I might be an understanding parent to confide in and not be so sensitive to the subject as others might be. People at church know about Kyle's condition, but I have not discussed the more sensitive side. What would you do??
