Debbi I know this is such a sensitive subject, but I think it should be addressed. The child's parents may be very grateful for your concern. You should explain to them about CAH and some of it's symptoms. Hopefully there is nothing wrong with the baby, but if there is, it needs to be taken care of while she is young. I have told my daughter ever since she gave birth to my granddaughter with salt-wasting CAH, it is her responsibility to help educate people about it and the signs and symptoms.
