Anne, Our hearts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. I did not lose a child, but came very close with my first born CAH child, because he was not diagnosed until 10 days old. He was hanging on by a thread by the time we were ordered to get him to the emergency room, and we had no idea what was wrong. Every time one of my CAH children is ill, I pray for them to pull through. My son is strong and glides through illnesses, while my daughter fights hard, but she seems to be weak. We have come very close to adrenal crisis with both of our children, and have had to give the injections to help them fight. Although many of us on this board have not lost children, we have most certainly experienced that fear. We will pray for you and your family so that you may find some peace. God Bless.
