Just wanted to let you know, my husband is 37 and has the salt losing form of CAH. From what we can tell, had he been born much earlier, he probably would not have lived because they did not know how to test/treat for CAH. Fertility was NOT a problem. We have two healthy boys. We too have had questions about long term health and life expectancy (having kids kind of makes that stuff seem more important now). He has been assured that there should be no long term health problems (so long as he takes his meds) and life expectancy is normal. Hope this info helps you some.
