Hi, Tina. My Endo told me to go ahead and inject if I'm not sure. It will not hurt him. But most of the time if he can get to the hospital right then, it can wait till he gets there. So probably I'll never have to use it. So I'm thinking that if I'm not sure, I'll take him to hospital or call my Endo. If I'm sure, I give him an injection and call or take him to hospital.
