It's an easy way for me to increase the amount of information I have available for raising my two kids that have CAH. It really is not as much work as you'd think. I designed the script for this board for another message board and did a simple convertion to this one. I spend a few hours ever so often freshening the links and a quick look each day to make sure no spammer has tried pestering people.
