They are 9 and 7 now. I believe the older one was diagnosed maybe 4-5 years ago (it was before we moved here) after showing signs of precocious puberty and being off the charts in size. The youger was then tested and found to have CAH too. Since he was diagnosed earlier, the prognosis for him reaching full height is better than for the older brother, who will probably end up somewhat shorter than he would be expected to be (based on his parents' heights, etc.).
