In regards to my surgery I seem to of retained a lot of sensitivity, but I can not answer in reply to sexual satisfaction which I am to yet unertake. I spoke to an endocrinologist who has written abook in Australia, and he told me that his patients so far have had very pleasurable sexual experiences, and that there is nothing to panic about. I hope that he is right!! Anyway thanku for your insight in to the matter
