Hi. I will try to help you if I can. When you are posting a message, and it is the newest message, it goes to the top. If someone posts a message after you, the new message goes to the top, and yours will get bumped down to the next slot. Also, if someone replies to an older message, that will go to the top and bump the new messages down. Luckily, there are dates next to the messages and replies so it is easy to keep track of the chronology. I have 3 children. A boy, 3 1/2 years old with salt wasting CAH. I have a girl, 2 1/2 years old with salt wasting CAH. I also have a boy 10 months old who is not affected with CAH. We don't know if he is a carrier yet. We live in Baltimore, Maryland, but we have lived in Dallas, TX and Orlando Florida, so we have some experience with some doctors in both of those areas. So far, my children seem to be well managed, although I have reservations about our current doctor and we are looking for a new one. We are also looking into the study at the NIH, but our concern is that we have 2 children we would be putting on the study, and we don't want them to get on separate treatments. It would be a mess to have one on the new treatment and one on the conventional treatment. I think if we do it for one, we should do it for both . But to my knowledge, there is no way to guarantee both on the same arm of the study since it is random. We are at a stalemate as of now. I can't think of any more to say, so feel free to ask any questions.Nicole
