I built, upkeep and administer the board so I should be able to help. Sometimes the internet is slow, so when it appears a post has not been posted a person will click the "Submit Message" button a second time and produce two identical messages. Yopurs are over an hour apart so I don't think that's what happened. Another aspect of the board is that as a post is submitted, that thread is moved to the top, so if you submitted a post immediately before someone esle did by the time you get back to the "Message Index" the thread containing the other post will be on top.
