HI, I am a 43yr old woman,who had surgery at the age of sixteen. I wish thier was more information for my parents back in the 50's. I gave birth to twin girls 23yrs ago, a very normal pregancy and a C section delivery not related to CAH. MY sex life is great, maybe better then most internally my clitorus is a bit larger, so I can reach an orgasm easier. I am a very attractive lady,married to a very handsome guy. When I tell doctors I have CAH they comment that looking at me you would never know. MY life has been heathly and very normal.I will say I wish I had surgery younger. It was very differcult growing up feeling you looked different than other girls. I would recommend the sooner the better. You will need a doctor who has experience with the surgery. You daughter will have, what all woman would like perfect genitalia. I will ask any questions .
