I've grown up to realize you MUST do your own research... even when it comes to medical issues. Speaks sadly of state of the arts medicine, because Americas aren't really outliving citizens of any other country in the world -- but if you're like me, you behoove the fact that we're paying a fortune for doctors who know so little about endocrinology, and more than a few people are seeking their own answers on the Net, then educating the doctor. So very sad.
