I have a daughter with CAH, and I have a daughter without CAH. The daughter without CAH has labial adhesions, which is what you have, and is very common. It has to do with the level of estrogen in your body. They are unrelated. If you had CAH, it would not have opened on its own. It first ocurred in my daughter when she was 8 months old, and still happens sometimes and she is five. The cream, premarin, does help, it just takes a long time. (one time it took 5 months.) Hope this helps. Good Luck. Bye.Cat
