At times, my CAH daughter has dark circles under her eyes. I am aware that dark circles are often associated with allergies but I have also read that it can be a sign of shock and dehydration. I have known that with my daughter, the dark circles usually are very noticeable when her meds have been too low or when she is not feeling well. For us, it is something we keep tabs on. Peg D
