Hi, my son Daniel is 3 1/2 years old and has the salt-wasting form of CAH. He has been under the care of an endocrinologist since he was 10 days old. My question relates to fatigue - Daniel frequently shows signs of tiredness at times of the day when I wouldn't normally expect it (such as mid-morning, or after a nap). Sometimes when I pick him up at daycare he'll be lying on his back staring at the ceiling, while the other kids are running around raising a ruckus. Has anyone else noted this in their child? Could it be related to CAH and/or poor dosing of cortef (or florinef)? Daniel hasn't displayed fatigue during visits to his endo, who has been unconcerned about Daniel's lack of energy.John
